大脑想要告诉你的 10 件事:
1. 坚持适量运动,运动会让身体和大脑一起变强壮;
2. 多晒太阳,大脑也有「光合作用」,不仅让人心情愉悦,也能促进学习记忆能力;
3. 大脑是个典型的「用进废退」器官,多学习多动脑,脑子越用越灵光;
4. 熬夜会损害大脑的注意力、记忆力、决策力等各项功能,长期熬夜的危害很难弥补;
5. 吸烟会让大脑萎缩,还会加速脑血管拥堵,增加中风风险,任何时候开始戒烟都会有获益;
6. 长期酗酒也会让大脑肉眼可见的萎缩,注意力、执行力和与人相处的能力也会明显下降。为了保住智商,酒还是少喝点吧;
7. 左右脑相关的测试、开发,听听就好,不必当真;
8. 除了体积,大脑在男性和女性中的差异其实并不大。后天的教育、社会文化等其他因素影响可能更能解释男女间的思维差异;
9. 大脑的体积大小跟智商高低没啥关系,不然统治地球的就应该是鲸鱼了;
10. 人类的大脑并没有 90% 的潜力尚待开发,相信科学,而非科幻电影。
